Return Eligibility / 退貨條件
We accept returns for items with quality defects within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
如產品存在質量問題，請於收貨後 7 天內聯絡我們。退貨商品須未經使用、保持原狀並附有原包裝及購買證明。
Non-returnable Items / 不接受退貨的情況

- Items showing signs of wear, customer damage, or missing original packaging / 已使用、人為損壞或缺少原包裝的商品

How to Start a Return / 如何申請退貨
Please contact us at blueandwhitedesign@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the defect. We will provide return instructions upon approval. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
請於收貨後 7 天內電郵至 blueandwhitedesign@gmail.com，並附上產品問題的照片。我們批准後將提供退貨指示。未經同意退回的商品恕不接受。
Damages & Issues / 損壞及問題
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exchanges / 換貨
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once accepted, place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period / 歐盟 14 天冷靜期
If goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds / 退款
Once your return is received and approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 30 business days have passed since approval, contact us at blueandwhitedesign@gmail.com.
退貨經審核批准後，退款將於 30 個工作天內退回原付款方式。如批准後超過 30個工作天仍未收到退款，請電郵至 blueandwhitedesign@gmail.com 聯絡我們。
