Mailing time:

Your order will be sending out within 3 working days upon receiving your payment (except tailor made products).

Kindly be aware that each of our creations is crafted by hand, as we pour our hearts into every piece to mirror the beauty depicted in the photographs. However, subtle variations in shape and hue may occur, due to the unique nature of raw materials such as freshwater pearls and color stones.

Color:

We strive to present the true colors of our products. Yet, please note that the hues displayed in the images may appear slightly altered when viewed on different screens.

Returning products

If the items do not align with your desires, you might return them within 7 days following the day you received the package. Kindly note that the shipping cost for returns will be your responsibility. The goods must be returned in pristine condition, accompanied by all accessories.

To ensure eligibility for return, the product must remain brand new, with tags and trademarks intact, free from stains, wear, or alterations that might affect its resale. Should the item include a ziplock bag, dust bag, branded box, or other packaging, it must also be returned in its original state. Please be mindful of these conditions, as failure to comply may result in the inability to process your return request. Safeguard your return rights with diligence!
